After your package has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You can then follow the progress of your order by clicking on this number.

Our site is completely secure. Payments by credit card are made using secure transactions provided by the service provider Stripe.
In the context of bank card payments, we do not have access to any data relating to the customer's means of payment.

Your order will be processed within 72 hours following validation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the package. Depending on the country, these delays can be between 2 and 15 days maximum.
Delivery costs depend on the country of destination and the desired delivery method. You will have access to all the details before your order's payment page.
We regret to hear that you are experiencing a problem with the delivery of your package. If the delivery method you have selected has exceeded the time limit, please contact us at email@example.com so that our team can quickly resolve your issue.
Returns and Refunds

You can return your pieces to us if they do not suit you, provided they are in perfect condition and unworn.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but will be refunded in two cases:
– The product received contains a defect or poor manufacturing.
– The product received does not correspond to the product ordered.
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to create a return request and send it back to us.
If the returned parts are new and unworn, we will refund you without any further action on your part.

Our Holly & Joey clothes are created in our Parisian workshop. This is where our stylists bring their creations to life, where prototypes are assembled and perfected, before being launched into production in our French factories.
We recommend cold or hand washing on our products, which will allow you to preserve your pretty pieces. Ironing at low temperature on the reverse side of the garment will help you preserve its longevity.
Jewelry should not be submerged in water to maintain its lifespan.
